For all claim investigation enquiries including progress updates or if we have contacted you to obtain missing details with regards to your existing claim please contact our Basis of Claim department on 0161 791 1480 and select option (2).
Basis of Claim opening hours: 9am – 6pm, Monday – Thursday & 9am-1pm. Friday.
If you would like to make payment call the team on 0161 791 1480 and select option 2. You will also find all the details needed for fee payments on your invoice.
